Bo Golovan, MBA is a Certified Executive Coach and facilitator. She works with organizations, business owners and executives. Bo is a subject matter expert in Social & Emotional Intelligence and specializes in Hogan and EQ-i 2.0. assessments.
Bo is passionate about developing talent and supporting her clients to leverage their potential and create a fulfilling and productive life. Bo combines this passion with an evidence based methodology and an insightful interpretation of assessment data. She creates and delivers meaningful and powerfully customized applications to accelerate her clients’ growth and development.
Bo honed her coaching skills while holding senior leadership positions in Finance and Real Estate and has a combined 30+ years business and coaching experience.
A long time runner and into fitness and health, Bo experienced first-hand the beneficial impact of exercise on her well-being, performance and stress management. This lead her to develop an integrated view of performance and well-being. An avid learner, Bo is following research in neurosciences, psychology and social sciences, and integrates practical applications into her coaching work.
Bo is a global citizen. She was born and educated in France and her family is from Ukrainian heritage. She is actively involved in the French-American community in Chicago.

During her business career, Bo partnered with organizations to create a strategic focus, align the organizational structures and the talent needed, and implement execution. Partnering with a group of real estate professionals, she co-founded a property management and consulting services company, and ran the organization as the Executive VP. She developed organizational effectiveness, financial systems and human resources best practices. Before that she partnered with a large French brokerage company and co-founded their international financial services subsidiary in Chicago, serving as its President. She focused on risk-management, operational efficiency, and hiring and developing a cross-cultural team.
Bo is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Bo has an M.B.A. from H.E.C. Paris, France and a Masters in Economics from the University Paul Cezanne, Aix Marseille III, France. She received her Advanced Personal and Executive Coach Certification (ACPEC) from The College of Executive Coaching, Pismo Beach, CA. She is a Certified Practitioner for the Hogan Assessment Tools, the EQ-i 2.0., the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (M.B.T.I) and holds a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
Bo lives in Chicago with her husband Steven and has two adult children, Alexia and Raphael.
