Executive or Business Coaching is available in packages of 6 or 12 sessions, depending on your goals and scope of work.
- A 6-session package will provide immediate support for the goals you want to achieve or any short term challenge that you may be facing.
- A 12-session package will create strong building blocks and provide an in-depth and ongoing support for your longer term goals and/or challenges that you may be facing.
You will develop a sustainable Action Plan to accelerate your growth and reach your goals.
The package includes:
- Coaching sessions of one hour each with Bo Golovan. Six (6) or twelve (12) sessions depending on the package selected
- EQ-i assessment, that will provide your unique EI profile and a customized 20-page EI report
- Hogan assessment, comprised of Values, Potential, Challenges and Coaching reports. Each report offers powerful insights into the characteristics, competencies, and values that underlie how you approach work, leadership, and interaction with others in the workplace
